Jen brings 20 years of recruiting experience where she started in an agency then got her first “in house” gig at Intuit (heavily focused on sourcing - Go Sourcecon) and then recruiting leadership. The last 5+ years have been focused on building high performing recruiting teams which can scale tech organizations globally (Uber and now Rippling). She is currently based in the Bay Area where she spends most of the time exercising her 3 year old German Shepherd, Fritz.
