Code of Conduct
Last updated October 29, 2026
This code applies to everyone taking part in an event produced by ERE Media, Inc., in person or online, however your registration was made, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, media, volunteers, contractors, and ERE Media's own staff. We enforce it throughout our events and expect everyone's cooperation in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
1. Our commitment
ERE Media is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion (or lack thereof), pregnancy, or veteran status. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
2. What harassment is
Harassment includes offensive comments related to any of the characteristics above; sexual images in public or shared spaces; deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of sessions or other event activities, in person or online; inappropriate physical contact; unwelcome sexual attention; and continuing to contact someone, during or after the event, who has asked you to stop. Anyone asked to stop harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately.
3. Sexual content and booths
Sexual language and imagery have no place at an ERE Media event, in person or online. Sponsors may not use sexual images, giveaways, activities, or other materials in their promotions, and booth staff, volunteers included, may not wear suggestive clothing or costumes or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
4. Enforcement
If a participant breaks this code, ERE Media may take any action it considers appropriate, including a warning; removal from a session, the venue, or the livestream; withdrawal of the participant's registration, with no refund, and of any ERE Pro access that came with it; and exclusion from future events.
5. Reporting a concern
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is, or have any other concern, please tell a member of our event team right away. ERE Media staff can be identified by the STAFF label on their badges. You can also contact our team online.
We will help you contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide an escort, or otherwise help you feel safe for the rest of the event. We keep reports as confidential as we can, sharing them only with the people needed to act on them.
