- Talent42 is designed for tech recruiting leaders. Whether you're a director, manager, or senior recruiter, this event is built for those responsible for shaping hiring strategy, implementing new technologies, and leading recruiting teams. - Talent42 will be a hybrid event, so you can attend either in-person or virtually!
- While there is nothing quite like the in-person experience, we strive to mirror it online as closely as we can.
Similarities:- Keynotes and Breakout Sessions: Both in-person and virtual attendees can enjoy livestreamed keynotes and breakout sessions.
- Videos After the Event: Every registrant gets a registrant membership to ERE Pro, with this event's videos for 30 days from the day they claim it.
- In-Person and Virtual Emcees: All attendees will be guided through the event by an emcee, ensuring they don't miss out on any highlights.
Differences:- Speaker AMAs: After each session, in-person attendees can continue the conversation with exclusive Q&A conversations with our speakers.
- Networking Opportunities: In-person attendees may have more direct networking opportunities, while virtual attendees leverage digital tools for connection.
- Hands-on Exposure to New Technologies: Virtual attendees interact with sponsors online, while in-person attendees have the added benefit of face-to-face engagement.
Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the ERE community - digitally or in person! - About a week before, we'll email you your link to join the livestream. Please open it as soon as it arrives to set up your profile and check that everything works on your computer, so any technical problems are solved well before the event begins.
On the day, use the same link to join. We recommend logging in 15 minutes before the first session so you're settled in when it starts. - You can use the RingCentral Pre-Event Check page to test and troubleshoot your connection. We highly recommend doing this before the event to minimize last-minute technical issues.
- About a week before, we'll email you a link to our event app. Open it on your phone and keep it handy: it has the agenda and everything happening at the event.
Your badge will be waiting for you at the registration desk. - Yes. We've arranged a group rate at our host hotel. You'll find the details and the link to book in the venue section.
- Most of our attendees wear business casual clothing.
- There are two types of discounts that we offer for Talent42:
- Group discounts: We offer discounts for groups of three or more, which will be applied automatically when you add multiple attendees at registration.
- Early bird discounts: We offer discounts for members of our community who register early. Details are available on our registration page.
- Since 2020, the videos of all of our events have been on ERE Pro, the world's largest collection of talent acquisition videos.
Every registrant at Talent42 gets a registrant membership: this event's videos on ERE Pro for 30 days from the day they claim it. About three weeks after the event concludes, registrants will receive an invitation to claim it.
If you did not register for Talent42, you can still watch the videos of all of our events by joining ERE Pro.
If it has been more than three weeks since Talent42 and your invitation hasn't arrived, it may have been caught in a spam filter. Please contact our team. - At the present time, we only accept payments via credit card.
- Yes. After the event, the details will be available in your attendee portal.
- Once you have completed your registration you will receive a confirmation email from Talent42 (it will come from the email address noreply@ticketspice.com). Be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you are not able to locate your confirmation please contact our team.
- Sign in to your portal with the email you registered with. Your registration shows your details and how to update them, and lets you choose whether your badge shows your pronouns.
- Your LinkedIn profile is kept with your registration for your badge, and your cell phone lets us text you at the event if something changes. Neither is ever shown on this site.
- We'd love to work with you! Please contact our team or check out our media kit.
- We strive to provide the best possible experience for our registrants. If you need to cancel a registration, we will refund it according to these terms:
In-person registrations: Cancellations received up to 60 calendar days before the first day of the event are refunded in full, less a 25% processing fee. After that, there are no refunds or credits.
Virtual registrations: Virtual registrations are nonrefundable.
Transfers: Any registration may be transferred to another person at no charge until the event starts; contact our team with the new registrant's name, company, job title, cell phone, and email address. Registrations may not be transferred to a future event.
To cancel, please contact our team with the registrant's name, company, job title, cell phone, email address, and the reason for the cancellation. - We are always looking for speakers who can share their real-world experiences and insights with our attendees. If you have a topic that you think would resonate with senior talent acquisition leaders, please let us know!
- Once you are registered for Talent42, you can attend any of the tracks or sessions without signing up for them individually.
We do recommend that you check the agenda in advance to plan your time, but there is no need to register for individual sessions. - We take photos throughout the event, and sessions are recorded for ERE Pro.
- Yes, once you are registered. Please contact our team and we will send you a letter confirming your registration.
- Yes. Everyone at Talent42, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff alike, is asked to follow our code of conduct.
